Herman Ho is the Managing Director, TMX Show Productions Pte Ltd. Before setting up TMX Show Productions Pte Ltd, Herman was the proud founder and owner of Techmex Event Production (TEPS) since 1999.
TEPS has operations in 4 countries namely China, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore as the regional headquarters. TEPS produces over 100 events yearly for Fortune 500 companies. Clients include Adobe, ABN Amro, Colony Capital, EMC, Forbes, Hewlett Packard, Intel, Lenovo and Microsoft and Symantec.
A mechanical engineer by training, Herman is an avid sportsman, a keen boating enthusiast and seasoned sailor. Herman represented Spore in Badminton as a teenager and was both captains of the Combine Schools team and under 18 champions. After hanging up his badminton racket, Herman took up squash and played it competitive at the premier league and was captain of a local league team which won the premier squash league for several seasons. Married with 3 children, Herman prefers to spend his leisure hours golfing or on his motor yacht with family and friends.
An entrepreneur who takes pride in recognizing business opportunities and making things happen, Herman is fast paced and passionate about sports and is always willing to invest further to grow sports in general in Singapore and the region. Hermans success stems from his creative approach, never-give-up attitude as well as his ability to connect with and motivate people he works with. He believes in empowering employees and practices the bottom-up approach to managing people. Herman is bilingual in English and Mandarin. |
